We have developed a series of orientation programs for new officers in facility and community settings. Drawing from evidence-based research, we have designed curriculum to increase staff proficiency in working with justice involved males and females.
Our orientation training varies in length and is customized to address the specific needs of each agency and setting. Training activities are interactive, incorporate multi-media, and are designed to optimize the transfer of new skills.
