CogPrimerTM is an introductory training designed to teach staff in correctional settings how to implement a variety of cognitive behavioral therapy methods and strategies.
Cognitive-behavioral programs help justice-involved clients become aware of the impact of attitudes, values, and beliefs on behavior and provide clients with the skills and personal strategies necessary to disrupt adverse behavioral patterns.
We offer a two-day Cognitive Behavioral Primer (CogPrimerTM) training to help participants gain a better understanding of how they can use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach in both group and individual contexts.
