Orbis Programs
Are the programs and intervention tools you use validated?
We validate our assessment tools and programs to ensure that they are effective across different jurisdictions and demographics while reflecting the diverse needs of our clients.
Our tools have been validated for use in rural and urban jurisdictions, in custody or community settings, for males and females, as well as for youth and adults. A few examples of past projects include New York State Probation, California CDCR/DJJ, Illinois AOIC, Illinois DHS, and Alberta SGPS.
Our in-house research department continuously develops new products, supports product validation efforts, and enables sites to monitor outcomes. Intensive and ongoing in-house validation is a key part of our work—it ensures that all our tools are backed by in-depth research.
We offer training to deliver the interventions. We travel nationally and internationally to provide training in a wide range of settings, including community settings and institutional settings.
